Sure is an elaborate way to make money for the Klann gang, China and 3 Gorges news items and such. This reminds me of the Scuderi Group, the grand papa invented some revolutionary engine about 15 years ago that was suppose to get great gas mileage etc., They sold $80 million in private stock over the last 10 years or so and have not sold one engine and have never generated Any revenue, they just get a batch of new suckers every year and release little 'agreement' news items while the family spends the cash.
