The Lottery is different. All know its based on numbers to be drawn on each time that it plays. Numbers are either picked by ones self or they choose to let the computer select the numbers for thier ticket to be played.

During no time of each lottery ticket play. Is there preceding a PR or some news stating what will be happening to intice people to buy a ticket. Just real simple. No ticket no play and if no play no chance to win. To which the KEY WORD is Chance.

But with Berge and the PRs pertaining to BRGO. The PRs state events that are in developement and of what the promising outlook and anticipations are or WERE. They also state what is expected in the time line going forward of such events and when to exptect results as either negotiations move along or pending some finalization. To which the phrase or word of SOON is and has been used to codify and placate investors to sit on thier hands and either invest initially on whats to come. Or to decide to add to their positions.

A lottery ticket may be considered to be a joke and as you say the same so to speak of voluntering to play. Thats true. But there is no degree of misleading of promising by a PR to intice one to get in now or miss out on whats coming.

Nor when one buys a lottery play and waiting for the day of the drawings. Does a PR come out to either change the conditions of what one thought was the case of the drawing to come either by changing the rules or conditions or delaying the day of the draw to a later date.

Its pretty straight forward in regards to the lottery.

BRGO is something else.
