Seems as though we might have something else going on entirely aside from the JV negotiations. Obviously Don doesn't quite know what that is either and your guess is as good as mine. It could have something to do with our other properties. If Mexus door has been open to potential partners perhaps they saw something in one of our other holdings that they liked? That's not far fetched.
