You won't have to dig too far, this is basic research. In short, HAL is in it so far now that if the deal DOESN'T go through it will cost HAL(shareholders) only 3.5 billion $$$$... PAYABLE to Baker Hughes. Thats ONLY 1/10 the cost of the whole price tag. At this point, its going to cost HAL something. As for when it happpens? GLTA
