APT MotoVox Group Inc. (MTVX)

It's just my opinion and investment plan. I believe it will take some time to get tings smoothed out and running correctly. I think by Spring this IR debacle will be over and done and most of these convertibles gone. APT gets no revenue from the Motopeds sales until the beginning of 2015 so fins next year should be much better if they keep up with demand as some state there is. I really don't know if there is a demand except for what I read on here. I'd like to see some real numbers but that's just a wish.

I don't think MTVX will attract many new investors at the present time where the pps is at and imo an R/S is the only way to get the pps up to be more attractive or a share buyback which I doubt they will do. They have already laughed at that idea. If they reverse split and do it correctly it can work out. I have been in one that actually produced a nice profit after the split but only once has it happened for me.

There are other reasons for my thinking this way and those above are just a couple. I have my core shares from last January and I have a bunch of 1's from a little while back as a lotto/flip. I will not spend another penny until I see a significant change in the positive direction, that would be unwise, imo.
