Just another point if I may.., just because executives purchase shares does not confirm or suggest success. I believe that most that do purchase shares are investors as well and not the folks in the know. It's been proven that executives have exercised rights and have purchased shared in there respective companies purchase plan and still failed. It works both ways and to invest in a company just because the executives are buying can be costly to the average investor.
