Treaty couldn't make money at 105 a barrel... And Tesarski's magic water machine is nothing but another con man gimmick and of no real help at all for oil production purposes on those leases... Meant only to hook "loyal" investors into handing over more cash. Then the guy goes to Vegas and blows it in the casinos and then blames internet scammers of stealing it.
