Here's a prediction, kinda, but it's ugly.

Market thought NEOM was worth about 40 cents a share before the issue of an extra 4B shares was raised, right? I don't have time to go back and check dates/PPS right now. Okay, call it an extra 3.7B shares cuz the market should have had the needed 1.3B total factored in. 1.3B shares x .40 = 52mill

Without knowing what the 3.7B shares might be used for, and with nothing changing in sure-fire, for sure, on paper "market worth" since NEOM was 40 cents a share, market may now think NEOM is worth, at the moment, $52mill / 5B shares = .104 per share.

That's not exactly a prediction because NEOM can at any time they choose come out and tell everyone something about what NEOM is worth, and what the 3.7B shares are to be used for making NEOM worth that. Questions are ... will they, and when.

I used that same math after SRAM.ob did a round of financing that printed a relative LOT of new shares and predicted .25 as a bottom when SRAM had been averaging about .40/sh pre-financing. Weeks later ... .25 WAS the bottom.

I'm mentally preparing for .10, but not necessarily chartist's .06. That would seem harsh.

Any corrective thoughts on the above are welcome.
