It's just another date set forth by hhse since September 9, 2010 if were going to go off specific dates, fwiw. This has not been hhse's first rodeo w/this. It was falsely alleged that the Form 10 would be filed by 5:00 Friday, October 31st, 2014 as well, turned out to be very false and pp hhse allegations (because they were never filed). The hhse recco for this week has been to "double down". I don't see it that way. There are hundreds of millions of shares in a deeeeeeep sea of red w/hhse, and it's not hhse mgt's. fault.
