Proper DD confirms: DECN selected a new Auditor after the old audit-Firm got into some Problems and was acquired. (DECN informed about this with a 8 K filing) Everybody familiar with the rules knows, that a new auditor will request from the old Auditor all papers, which takes time and then will do again a proper Re-Audit as not to rely on the old one. This takes time and the SEC understands such Kind of delays.

The the other Point of the hold Status with the NSS has nothing to do with DECN, this is the duty of the Registered Agent to inform the NSS about a Change of address or in case a new RA took over. Nothing, absolutly nothing to do with DECN.
