My personal opinion is that they are just to small, to late to the party, to much debt, need more money to effectively compete in this space against the Goliaths. They were fortunate this time, but they are know in the cross hairs. The last five years were LONG with much peril along the way.

The next 5 years will be No easier. Take the money and feel fortunate.
