.001 has psychological support, yes, so may be an ok time to buy. I'm just not willing to invest seriously in a company whose management I feel is fiscally irresponsible- on principle as much as anything. Right now, I see this as a short term play only but don't feel like getting in and out again before Dec. convertibles hit. Maybe in 2015. We'll see.
There's only been one OTC stock I invest in "seriously" [long term] and pgmomni I THINK knows what it is, and their mgmt runs a ridiculously tight ship; DoD + fortune 500 partnerships. [Scientists+Engineers with 20+ yrs in our national labs, whose work and patents I can see, and whose partnerships are confirmed by the respective parties.]
