MB25 is right. The best chance of getting the 1's now is to probably put in a limit order of up to 60 days. That's an option E*Trade offers. If you enter the order as "all or none" it will most likely not get filled. Of course that depends on how many shares you are trying to buy, but as long as the bid is at .0001 it will be difficult to purchase large amounts, or any for that matter. The volume just isn't there right now either which won't help you.
