No its not the private seller selling anything lol...the private investor is playing for keeps not fore dump. Now i cannot give you proof on this but i can tell you that i know this or better yet lets say i have a gut feeling. However even if the private investor was not interested in becoming a significant shareholder read the sec corporate guidance on issuing shares at a discounted price for the purpose of margin sale. Its a big No-No

You can do this in time if you were to be interested just in a quick buck but if it is demonstrated in court that it was setup from the get go in the disfavour of minority shareholders its st quentin time.

Anyways you will see that two of the three private investors (not counting the 4th which is roth) will become significant investors in the next three months mire than doubling their current position.
