Is TWYF serious undervalued at $3.50 or am i missing something?

Perhaps my dd is wrong but i believe they had 90,000,000 shares
then did a 1-100 r/s
so thats 900,000 shares

They have $157,000,000 on the books

that alone equals $174 pps

(157,000,000 / 900,000 = 174.45)

im not finding any substantial liabilities, $300K

how is this not over $100 a share???

either i am doing something wrong or this is seriously undervalued at $3.50
