Seems to me he fully realizes it. But could give a dam less about it. Not a thing shareholders can do about it except at first don't invest any funds buying shares or just sell what they own if they can and get lost. Its clear he could care less.

Whats he done to increase the PPS value or its potential? Nothing. Acutally he repositioned shares by way of the RS to reuse them in obtaining further toxic or just funding by using the shares recovered by the RS. He sure doesn't put his money where his mouth is in buying and holding shares of his own stock.

He knows that more dilution is coming so why own what is going to loose value in the future.
