SH, how about a Tarpon or Hammerhead?... ATTORNEYS...

for the Plaintiff: I had a long and fruitful chat with one of them today and I am pretty sure this thing is not going to court and I can't see it destroying SEVU, as a Company, either... IMO, it has been engineered to make short covering of a large position, much easier...

I'll put my thoughts on the subject in a post tomorrow and I'll probably buy some stock on Monday...
