Investor on phone: "Bob, do you have a PR coming out [here's where Bob breaks in, so he doesn't hear the rest of caller's question] tommorrow?"

Bob: "Oh yes, we've got a PR due out...."

Investor now posts online: "I just got off the phone with Bob. He says PR is due out TOMMORROW."

Notice how the confusion can arise.

Bob has only stated a PR is due out, while the investor insists that Bob said it will be out tommorrow.

I'm sure that the company is too busy to hear all that callers are asking and saying, so their replies are short and not meant to address specifics.
