JAY - still waiting for those revenues...

if you have turned the corner to viability/transparency - start with opening up the books for Alpha Helix and let shareholders know what they actually purchased.

from my DD, it looks like shareholders bought a fledgling company with a very, VERY limited target demographic, no celebrity endorsement (which is critical in the bodybuilding/fitness realm), and has ZERO tie in to existing products/mfg capability.

so - share with the shareholders what this acquisition cost and how/when it will be accretive for the company.
