You know better. The AS is how much the company is authorized to issue. The OS is how much they have issued.

They continue to increase the O/S every month and can increase the A/S whenever by faxing a piece of paper.

Why do they need to keep selling stock? Where is that money going? Is the pinball machine the next big hype or is there another carrot we haven't heard about yet?
