I am looking forward to the company explaining what they are going to use the money for. That is the key to making money here. Obviously they are NOT desperate for money, or they would not have filed the Form D. They would have just went to the treasury first. We all know these filings, happen for a reason. Also $500k is not all that much, but hopefully enough to get the ship sailing for us shareholders. We knew per the last 10-Q they only had $10k in the bank, we knew they needed more, so this appears to be the beginning, lets hope it is something GREAT. I know that is why I am locked and loaded.
PS...remember all here, the a/s are only 100m, that is a VERY small o/s! We know per the last filing that the o/s is about 70m+++
