The amount of unsubstantiated speculation that seems to flow from the **** board postings is atrocious. It seems a few of these "disinterested parties" have been following the stock symbol, avidly, for years. No personal grudge is this consistent, and therefore, there is only one logical conclusion -- they profit off of the lowering of the stock, or incremental raises in the stock, when the PPS is low. These parties are either profiting personally or working directly for a group that does. Terratech had some trouble with groups like this, and publicly revealed them after a lengthy and costly investigation. Perhaps this is the same group or is funded by the same group. These are shady practices. Unfortunately, no amount of refuting these claims will lessen these claims. New erroneous accusations will continue to pop up. After all, these people are paid to do this.

The history of these false claims is long and sordid. I know from emails that you have sent in the past that you work to refute this. However, the more sensational their claims, the more likely the last sensational and/or debunked claim will be forgotten, and thus the cycle continues. This strategy plays well within a reactionary culture and too often works against truth tellers. I have no time to discuss each of these concocted stories, and will not be goaded into doing so. The company is too busy growing to give into the "tail chasing" that these characters/personas would like to see happen. Hats off to you for your efforts. Our focus remains on building value, not debunking conspiracy theories. Arguing on the Internet is a spiral of nonsense that serves no one but the trolls under the bridge.

This post you have sent me, like all others, is giant stretch of the imagination. The added bold and red marks are there to make it sound fearful and authentic. It is none of these qualities. As the rest that have come before it, and the many that will continue, this is just blither.

The team had thought this phrase in the financials was crystal clear. I suppose we underestimated the length of creative distortions and power of bold red lettering on the Internet. Here are the facts. You can publicly quote me, as this is the unfettered truth:

- The company has not taken on more convertible debt. In fact, the opposite has occurred.
- The company lessened its convertible debt burden by leveraging outside resources.
- This was accomplished by accredited businesses that understand the future growth strategies in play for Bud Genius.
- These actions protected company value and protected the shareholders from dilution.
- The debt was satisfied in full without dilution.
- The company utilized the loan as growth capital which has added further company value in excess of the loan principal.
- There is more news to come on the positive effects of this overall.

Every point in that posting is the polar opposite of what actually occurred: resolved debt, no convertible debt added, no dilution, plus company growth.

"It should be criminal... and maybe it is..."
These guys are good, even comical. Poke. Jab. Wildly speculate. Throw the shot across the bow. Pundits on the evening news channels are masters of this technique. It is a classic setup that can be taught and repeated through an organization to craft a political and profitable position.

It is a shame that this drivel is allowed to be posted, but in support of a world that embodies free speech, it must be endured. Just remember that if someone speaks falsehoods, long enough, and often enough, it still does not make them true. If you release any part of this email, expect this to be poured over too, for grammar, twisting, and any small foothold the perpetrators can attempt to make a mountain out of a molehill with. After all, it is what they are paid to do, deny, and continue on doing.
