I spoke to greg today...
their attorney is waiting to hear back from the sec...their contact at the sec was out last week and it seems as if he is back logged right now.

The great news is that everything else on the business side is moving forward and ON SCHEDULE (see the schedule in the s1)

the S1 going effective is a formality at this point ...but it still needs to be done so things can move forward from the perspective of disseminating information to the public and announcing what we have to the world.

sometimes I think we (including myself) get so caught up on one specific thing (like the s1) that we often forget what is really going on...

we are invested in a company that has not yet unveiled to the world their transformative device that will most likely revolutionize the entire telematics industry. This will be huge...and I can't wait to look back at these posts one day when we are trading at multiple dollars and think...wow, we owned this thing at .15...pretty exciting stuff
