Never. You guys just don't get it. They file to sell shares at their discretion. They sign an agreement for a $1.6 million licensing deal on a unit that costs $5 million. Who in their right mind signs that cheap of a licensing agreement for potential $5 million/unit sold. Guess who? A company desperate to sell their shares on significant volume on any news. What better news than a licensing deal with a mega company like Dresser-Rand. No one is going buy these units.
