Speak with Mark Lee or anyone else who is willing to give you information and simply ask why First China website has removed the name of their legal firm as the attorneys that they use (see below link about "Legal Counsel TO BE ANNOUNCED"). Ask if they are they still representing First China.

Think for a moment and ask yourself when was the last time that you saw a company website that is a little stale, and there is also no information about the attorneys who are handling their affairs? Can this company be the same one that you that you are discussing?

My final suggestion would be to contact Brad and find out if he knows anything about the new attorneys if any, and if his company knows who now they should contact to discuss payment issues for poor Brad!!
