Float is locked up IMO...The lack of sellers and thin ask demonstrates this! This is the best I have seen L2 look over the last year. IMO DCLT is in a primed stage for a big run, a run that many of us here have been waiting for. Its been along time coming, it still boggles the mind that we are sitting in this ridiculous cheap range!
