That's because everyone knows that CDEx is an on-going scam and those that still hold shares have been ripped-off by asset transfers, R/S's... etc. that by now they hardly have anything left.

It's not the correct terminology to say "average down", when 99% of ones investment is gone. It would be more like newly investing and what shareholder (that has already taken a huge loss) is going to re-invest in a blatant scam.

Besides, only a fool would listen to a CDEx stock promoter advising investors to "average down" on a obvious scam.
