One would have to buy nearly ALL of the outstanding shares, and after that unlikely event, have CDEX SP run WAY up to over a buck to make any money.. an even more unlikely event.

But the PEMCO,LLC/OIL PATCHERS are gonna own CDEX as soon as the inevitable foreclosue occurs on the "loan". It will not even be necessary to do the Chap 7..

Then whatever it is that they have in mind for the carcass can be done... whether a franchise selling scam or going public with PEMCO... and another share selling scam... or whatever. NOT THE DAMN IMAGINARY IG4, however. That one was worn out even before it was "launched" which has yet to occur and never will.
