Go easy novice, I like you being busy researching what is happening to First China but some of the recent links that you have posted are providing information that is not really connected with "our company".

All those hundreds of employees connected with that other Yunnan company are not really related to the activities of FCPG--just my way of reassuring you that FCPG and Marcum are still connected but not the way you see those HUNDREDS OF EMPLOYEES. Please investigate a little more carefully the company that you think is First China and maybe you will resolve the confusion!

One thing I believe--and that is the eventual release of financials and the jump in PPS of this stock. At the same time, right now I can only assume that Wang is more concerned about spending money to keep the company going rather than spend extra dollars to pay Marcum to complete the financials at a faster rate. He has no real interest in the American shareholders or the PPS of this stock, and now we don't even know who the new legal councils are and maybe one of you should contact Mark Lee to find out why the name of his firm was removed from the company website and if that is correct ask him why an official press release has not been issued to provide the name of the legal replacements--that is an action that a responsible company would take to inform shareholders of such change immediately. As a matter of fact, please send an email to Bernstein at Marcum to find out why the name of the legal firm has been removed but shareholders have not been notified. These type of actions are not what you would find in a company that has hundreds of employees......
