hence no different than before the 3 for 1 forward split


The concern is not the float because most of it is held by one person. They can sell when they want. It they wanted, they can back off and cause a big short squeeze.

I think that's what they have planned here...you think the brokers will suddenly get 3 times more shares available to short?
