ECIG, insiders with 10 MIllion restricted shares
are now selling there shares, that have become unrestricted,
there not holding, so its going down,

this is a ONE BILLION COMPANY,,,, and even if price goes to
10 cents, and even they cant get into NASDQ, thiswill trade
into above 6 bucks,,, and if earnings come in, it can go
higher
