listen, do you see how easily outside influence like a protest can disrupt the flow? days, weeks, months...set backs and more setbacks...heck, hurricane sandy screwed up the TSL. What do you think happens even if they put in paperwork for scheduled buys? They are too small a company, imo, with too much material data going around with everyone and their mother probably having signed NDA's, including new hires. Do you not think that the competition would be filing SEC complaints to screw up their business? Do you not think DMRJ forewarned them all about not buying? Again, all a WAG on my part, but it's quite logical to tell them to go about their business and exercise those options at a later date. simple.
