EVERY-deal-INCC-has-done-costs-MUCHO-shares….A/S-is-tapped-out…"NEXT" deal will require a large increase in the A/S and the O/S……probably 100-300M shares , based on the FACTUAL shares offered through previous acquisitions and the need to dilute for company expenses

INCC has shown monthly dilution since Sept 30, expect more with deals and costs to build Gro Pro systems…….lots more shares……...
