That exempts him????

What exempts him is the fact that no one has any proof that he or his family " stole millions ". Having a failing business venture, having things go to hell, does not make one a thief. In truth, i don't know if he planned on doing any harm to anyone or not. But i have ABSOLUTELY no proof that he intentionally did what he did to try and cause harm to others or that he made any money on any of this.
And though it is in vogue to do so, i do NOT make accusations w out having 100% proof. Anyone can come up w any theory or story they want.

I've found in my time on this earth, that those who are quick to accuse tend to be the type who rip people off ( and this is not directed at you ). Frustration and loss of money can make people say and do things they would otherwise not.

But i have no proof that Jim or his family profited from this, in fact, if he made so much money then wtf the foreclosure on the house ? He stole all these, supposed, millions of dollars yet couldn't rectify his financial issues ? Sorry, makes no sense to me.

Not saying he was a saint, but certainly not going to label the man a thief and comment on his legacy.

Far as i know, he could have been a thief, a failed businessman or a stand up guy.

But i'm not the one who is going to label him. I don't think i know enough about the man or his life to do so.

likely knowing

some info is not enough IMO
