Are you wrong or right is not the question, at least from my stand point of vue. The real question is: does any share count, no matter how many shares outstanding there are, warrant this pps? Let us assume there are 600 millions shares O/S(hypothetical) right now , with 0.006 pps, that would equate to market value of $3.6millions.Now let any fair mind, unbiased Compare that to the market values of VPOR competitors, let's say V*PE or V*PR or V*ub or V*po or V*co. It appears that VPOR is valued @ 1/3 of V*pe, 1/2 of V*pr, 1/3 of V*po, 1/7 of V*co. Is it reasonable. I let everyone be his own judge. I doubt we have 600 millions shares outstanding right now. So there is no rational to justify this deficit in valuation, instead fear is being insinuated by an indiscriminate selling that undervalues VPOR too much compare to its peers. I believe things will self correct.
No Matter how frustrated we are, we must keep our cool, draw some line between us & DROR not to cross, and remain decent and respectful. I know it hurts, because I own almost 10 millions shares. But guess what, it is part of the game. If you cant handle the heat, get out of kitchen. We don't know all the hurdles DROR faced to get financing, so let us not rush to judgment. Let us rather give him the benefit of doubt. Everybody was chanting managment skill of team EC*G. Look at what happened to their PPS, down from $20 to $.33. They were about to uplist to nasdaq and we see implosion of pps before our eyes. Are they crooks too?
