Why do want warrants? I haven't come up with anything to compelling, but "a guess" is they are a hedge against massive short positions and to finance the close of said positions

I forget, but do you know if they have anti dilution rights? I'm petty sure they don't...

The warrants could become worthless...
A scenario is warrants are sold. The profits are then used to support the stock price while the continue to short....
