SCARE Tactic's, it's the Joe Noel tactic, find a company like he did here, put out false PR after false PR, like he did here, run it into the ground, like he did here, take all the money from the investors who believed his false pr's and put it in his bank account, like he did here, and then move on like he usually does, BUT THIS TIME, Joe Noel got busted for all the lies and stealing he has done and he will be on his way to a 35 year sentence. AND like ever stock Joe was involved in the share holders lose it ALL!!!!
