Special business:

voting on the following options:

1 ICL buyout of MOP project at 90cents a share
2 ICL buyout of both MOP and SOP projects at CAD$1.20/sh
3 CCC (Chineese construction company) building both projects MOP and SOP and taking 25% stake in the company
