This company has been in the planning stage for 10 years. It is a dilution scam. People can buy restricted shares of they have the misfortune of talking to Steven. He sells this scan for Bill and many who own restricted 144 shares will never be able to sell. This company is full of lies and criminals.
Just a question.. Who in their right mind would buy restricted shares from an unregulated penny stock company??
