Amex Listing Scenario
This is the way I see the AMEX listing playing out. All IMO:
Background:
1. PV hates the thought of a Reverse Split.
2. When PV first started talking of Amex, he thought he qualified. No R/S needed. NMKT had the Market Cap and there was no minimum price per share. (A year or so earlier, PV was talking about a move to NASDAQ, FYI.)
3. PV was prevented from moving on the AMEX listing by AMEX, due to PV's lack of understanding of the process.
4. Things change. Time moves on. The AMEX regulations changed. NMKT PPS went down the tubes from the +$1.00/share days. NMKT no longer qualified.
Where we are today:
5. PV hates the thought of a Reverse Split.
6. PV is hoping ("Oh please, please, please") for NMKT to get about the $2.00/share on its own before year end.
7. Come December of 2006, IF NMKT price is not above the $2.00/share requirement,
a. PV WILL DO a reverse split,
b. PV will apologize that "he had no choice", and
c. PV will blame "market dynamics" for the R/S.
