Lol-Every experienced investor knows there is really no difference between Corporate Owned Stores and Franchise owned. Only Difference is the Corporate owned stores are managed by Coporate and Franchise owned stores are Managed by Franchisees. Still the same 711 brand...

Any major company that franchises out individual branch or store locations still places a variety of controls within that store in order to protect their proprietary operations and the reputation of the company. Regardless of whether a store is corporate or franchised they are still overseen by corporate district and regional managers.

In order for Pleasant Kids to roll-out a national distribution to 7-11 franchisees the corporate office would have to know about it!
