This is what NVIV released regarding potential updates on the trial.

"With the exception of dramatically positive or negative results, we will look to communicate progress at appropriate medical or scientific forums.”

We could get news at any moment. They're presenting at the Biotech Showcase in Jan. We definitely will get an update then if not sooner ;)
