Public offerings take more time than direct deals, and also the financing company is helping with more than just financing speeding up trials and also using network to promote device which you or I cant do as well i guess.

For the question of whether i am trying to buy more at .3 the answer is no, im trying to buy at any price below .8 and so have i been doing everyday for over a month. I really dont care what my purchasing pps is as i have an amount of shares to agregate and IN MY OPINION the gain percentage will be so huge it doesnt make a true diffrerence to me.

For the question of what warrants the financing company wont turn around and sell soon i already answered a few posts backs
