Now you are indeed using the type of "dimensional thought" necessary in what are, in fact, world-wide negotiations.

That is why I used the term "Chinese" in a previous post.

Negotiations in the GOG, given what is there, have to, by nature, be extremely sensetive, politically correct and almost "fair" in the final agreement stage.

If any one significant participant opts to "play the fool" by pushing too hard or the like, that participant is flirting with very serious international ramifications. No one country can put a "stranglehold" on these negotiations and expect other countries to sit back and sulk.

From an economic point of view, it doesn't get much more critical than what is going on right now. You are living through a significant part of history people...you just don't know that as yet.

This is a far larger play than either Mr. B. or E.O. had planned on and their plates are full. That is one reason why you will get no PR nor any real attention from ERHC at present. You all want PR. Look to yourselves.
