When you go to a bank to mortgage a house and get a loan tell me if they give you market value or take a hefty margin taking into account fluctuations. Bare in mind that they have a small participation. In my opinion 30 cents on 52 is actually a great deal. And about dillution I would rather have 1 percent (which i hold) of a great company which is cash viable and has a product 6 months away from being commercialized than have 1.2 percent of a dog company.
