Well let me spell it out for you....

"Selling shares" is what this company is about. More specifically, selling shares to new investors, and naïve investors who want to own a piece of a cannabis company, but have little understanding of the mechanics and needs of growing, and/or the legal and business issues associated with it.

It's where pics of grow rooms with lighting incorrectly set-up come from. It's where stories of growing individual plants producing 3.5 lbs of dried medical quality bud come from. It's where all the confusion around zoning conformity and grandfathering come from. It's where exporting "needed" cannabis to "The Netherlands" comes from. It's where "magic pods" and imaginary patents come from.

But, of course, that's JMHO
