GNCP - $0.0002's will churn and those short will continue to manipulate through bid whacks. Adding $0.0001's, or lower at their expense is the way to play this.

No doubt calls and cries to their contacts at the SEC, FINRA, the DTC, and FBI have been stepping up.

All one has to do is look around and see what is in the news, and that which is being censored.

What is finally coming to fruition is an overwhelming mountain of evidence against those collaborating to steal from the capital markets.
