Is it really the SEC's responsibility to protect investors from "themselves" ?.........

I mean, we have a FORM 15 filing penny stock, which every investment advisor in the world advises to stay away from, then we have these so called "victims" who by greed or whatever willingly gave their hard earned cash to......it's not like NTEK is out advertising, these " victims" had to really go out of their own way to invest in this.....plus the serious fraud cases that the SEC is already busy working on with their own limited resources......they probably can't see the logic of getting involved in this penny scam.......
