It's sad Livewire has to file periodic reports of disclosure with the SEC. If they didnt, then shareholders that are searching high & low for someone to blame for their virtually worthless shares of LVVV could make up anything about how great the company is doing.

Unfortunately, all anyone has to do is read Livewires 10Q. It's really that simple. I hope the SEC looks into any complaints so they can have a good chuckle too when they review the condition of Livewire, the past PumpnDumps, the past FBI arrested Director, Secretary & Counsel to Livewire, the phony PRs and so on.

They'd probably invite me for a beer and request my services to search out other public companies with such a dubious track record.
