Sporty, some questions, comments and clarification requests. I appreciate your posts, but can't take at face value. IF you are just presenting "your opinion" that is one thing, but you post "as fact" in my opinion and that may be misleading for some current and potential investors interesting in finding about JNSH and whether or not to invest. I would like to see this board maintain a high level of integrity for that purpose. Not bashing you, just challenging a few things.

Last Monday, November 24th, the State Appellate Court was set to rule on CCGI's petition to overturn the lower court's dismissal of the lawsuit brought against JNSH by CCGI.

I thought JNS Holdings had requested the meeting with Judge Bucklo to "throw" out the case so they (JNS) could move on?

Unfortunately, CCGI's appeal was put off until January 31, 2015.

I'm not understanding the appeal noted above. More unfortunate that a ruling was not delivered, no?

Ostensibly, the lawsuit centered around the garnering of a sizable contract by JNSH, that was awarded by a DOW company, (NRG--trading at $34.00 a share), to JNSH instead of CCGI.

This does not make sense to me. At what date and time did ERG become involved in the 350Green, CCGI and JNSH case? I thought the lawsuit was centered around the fact that 350Green had already agreed to give the chargers to CCGI but CCGI did not respond by the date of the agreement, so JNSH stepped in asked for them and 350Green gave to JNSH in lieu of the money they owed JNSH? Can anyone confirm or deny?

CCGI did not have the sufficient capital at the time to consummate the contract in good faith, thus, CCGI could not get the job done.

How do you know this, CCGI seemed to be flush at the time and simply "dropped" the ball in regard to procuring the network from 350Green by the stated date?

That delay ultimately ended up costing JNSH federal subsidies earmarked for this technology,

Not sure I agree with this statement. Do you have any references to back up? Why would CCGI delay cost JNSH? At face value it seems that delay favored JNSH?

..., as we all know electric vehicles, buses and such are environmentally friendly.

Sorry, this makes no sense to me in the context of the above sentence.

NRG manufactures these charging stations and is utilizing the Chicago metropolitan area as a test case in anticipation of a national, and ultimately I would imagine, an international roll out.

I don't believe NRG manufactured "all" the stations mentioned in the law suit? Can anyone confirm or deny?
Also, I don't 'read' that NRG's entry into ChicagoLand is a 'test case'. NRG evGo is already in place California, Georgia, Maryland, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington DC.

In additions, NRG has other types of agreements like the one with JNS Power. http://www.greentechmedia.com/articles/read/would-you-like-some-energy-storage-with-that-ev-charger

JNSH's role in this endeavor is the deployment and subsequent maintenance of the aforementioned charging stations.

How do you know what their exact role is in this agreement? Have you seen copy of the agreement?

SOME IMPORTANT NOTES:

NRG's EV (electric vehicle) charging station can charge any car in 30 minutes or less, far superior to other charging stations that allow you to drive approximately 225 miles, before needing an 8 hour re-charge. JNSH has the contract for this FANTASTIC TECHNOLOGY.

Hmmm, nothing I've every read states that any charging station can provide a "full" charge in 30mins. Also, what electronic cars can go 225 miles on a full charge??

Here's some info from NRG's web site.

Freedom Station ® and Workplace Sites
Freedom Station sites are equipped with both DC Fast Chargers (480v), which can deliver range at a rate of up to 150 miles per hour*, and Level 2 Chargers. They are available 24/7 at convenient retail locations across town. NRG eVgo will install and maintain dedicated Level 2 Chargers at your workplace location.

Learn more about NRG eVgo Away from Home Solutions ›

*Range delivery estimate based on charger output of 44kW, a vehicle’s ability to accept that
level of output, and a vehicle mileage of at least 3.5 miles per kWh.

I think we all need to "Vet" out our information before believing it and posting it.

Encourage comments etc. Please take me task also.
